The initial irritation caused by the trainee ("Hello, there may be something to drink ... aperitif of the day ... huh, no idea" - wine list only upon friendly request) was quickly resolved. Excellent service, very good wine selection and sensationally well-prepared dishes convinced us completely. Ordered the medium rare onion roast (so that at least medium comes) and it was actually prepared medium rare. Hand-scraped spaetzle, hand-cut tartare, soup from the sauce boat poured in at the table, great greetings from the kitchen and always fresh bread selection with fresh, very creative breads. The main thing is that the guest feels comfortable and you can see that in every detail. With a little more meticulousness (e.g. clearing glasses of the aperitif after consumption, removing bread plate and butter with starter) would be the star level. Absolutely acceptable price level for the quality of the food and the service. We would like to come again!

Great quiet and sophisticated ambience. Bread and butter, then delicious greetings from the kitchen. Main courses beautifully presented and delicious. Only the liver was not completely through. Service friendly and good. Prices are high according to the level. Definitely a recommendation and an alternative to the island and the Ratskeller in Heilbronn
